Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about DealiOS: what it does, what it costs, how it integrates, and how to get started.

General

DealiOS is an AI-powered B2B sales platform that generates proposals, contracts, RFPs, presentations, and execution plans. It replaces up to 6 separate point solutions with one integrated deal lifecycle system. Every financial figure is backed by a real calculation engine, and every document is on-brand and ready to send.

A deal execution platform manages the entire lifecycle of a B2B deal, from initial proposal through contract signing to implementation kickoff. Unlike CPQ tools that stop at the quote or CRM tools that track stages, a deal execution platform produces the actual work products: proposals, contracts, presentations, and execution plans.

DealiOS is built for B2B sales organizations that produce complex proposals, contracts, and deal documents. It serves sales leaders, RevOps teams, deal desk managers, and legal/contract teams across SaaS companies, professional services firms, cloud infrastructure providers, and other B2B organizations.

CRMs track deal stages and contact information. DealiOS does that too, with its own accounts, contacts, pipeline, and activity timeline built in. But it also produces the actual deal artifacts: the proposal, the contract, the presentation, the implementation plan. If you already have a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, DealiOS syncs with it two-way so both systems stay current.

Pricing

DealiOS starts at $500/month for a 30-day Pilot with 3 seats. Production subscriptions range from $2,500/month (Nonprofit) to $18,000/month (Enterprise). All paid tiers include the full platform: proposals, contracts, RFPs, presentations, execution planning, CRM sync, and analytics.

DealiOS replaces DealHub (CPQ + deal rooms), PandaDoc (contracts & sales docs), RFPIO/Responsive (RFP automation), Templafy (presentation management), CRM add-on modules (Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot Sales Hub), and the integration middleware connecting them all.

We offer a 30-day Pilot at $500/month with full platform access and 3 seats. It uses your real deals and real data, not a demo sandbox. There is no free tier because the AI infrastructure required for production-quality document generation has real costs.

Yes. Discounts are available based on commitment length and team size. Longer terms and larger teams receive better rates. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your organization.

AI & Technology

DealiOS uses multiple AI models tuned for different jobs. Contracts and presentations use our highest-capability model because precision and quality matter most there. Everything else uses a fast, capable model for real-time chat and document generation. Every output is validated: financial figures are checked against the calculator engine, and documents follow your workspace brand rules.

The calculator engine is a real computation system, separate from the AI. It handles all pricing, margins, discounts, and financial projections. The AI references calculator outputs but cannot override them. This is why the numbers in your published proposal, client Excel export, and printed PDF always match exactly.

No. Financial figures in DealiOS are generated by the calculator engine, not the AI. The AI writes the narrative around the numbers, but margins, discounts, totals, and projections all come from the calculation engine with configurable guardrails (margin floors, discount caps). The AI cannot invent a number.

Yes, but only for your workspace. Every document you upload, every RFP you answer, every clause Legal approves goes into your knowledge base. The next time someone on your team builds a proposal or answers a similar question, the AI pulls from everything your organization already knows. Your data never leaves your workspace or trains external models.

No. DealiOS has a zero-training policy. Your proposals, pricing models, competitive intelligence, and deal data are never used to train any AI models. Your data exists only within your isolated workspace. We are DPA ready.

Integrations

Yes. DealiOS syncs two-way with Salesforce. Deal events like proposals published, contracts signed, and pipeline stage changes push to Salesforce automatically. Account data pulls in from Salesforce. The sync is real-time, not batch.

Yes. Same two-way sync as Salesforce. Pipeline changes, published proposals, and signed contracts all flow back to HubSpot automatically.

Yes. DealiOS supports full Excel roundtrip. Upload your customer's Excel template, detect deltas from the calculator engine, and apply changes. Export the engine state back to the customer's template format. Cell mappings are validated per template.

Yes. DealiOS integrates with DocuSign for e-signatures. You can send contracts for signature directly from the platform, track envelope status via webhooks, and the contract workflow updates automatically when signatures are collected.

Security

DealiOS uses three layers of security: Clerk for enterprise-grade authentication (MFA, SSO, RBAC), application-layer workspace scoping on every database query, and PostgreSQL row-level security policies as a database-level backstop. No cross-workspace data leakage is architecturally possible.

DealiOS is built with SOC 2 compliance architecture: tenant isolation, audit logging, access controls, and encryption at rest and in transit. Formal SOC 2 Type II certification is on the compliance roadmap. Contact us for our current security documentation.

Yes. DealiOS supports role-based access control with owner, admin, and member roles. Workspaces can be set to full visibility (everyone sees everything) or restricted visibility (members see only deals they created or are assigned to). Approval chains can be configured for proposals, contracts, and pricing above threshold.

Deal Intelligence

Yes. When you send a proposal or contract through DealiOS, you see exactly who opened it, how long they spent reading it, which sections they focused on, and whether they forwarded it to someone else. Every contact gets their own tracking link, so you always know who is actually looking at your deal.

Every active deal gets a health score from 0 to 100, based on four things: how engaged the client is, how fast the deal is moving compared to your other deals, how well the opportunity is qualified, and how recently anyone did anything on it. Green means on track, yellow means pay attention, red means act now.

Yes. Every deal gets a win probability that factors in client engagement, deal velocity, qualification, activity patterns, how many stakeholders are involved, and where the deal sits in your pipeline. If you have enough closed deals in the system, it calibrates against your actual win/loss patterns to get smarter over time.

Yes. DealiOS watches for six warning signs: deals going quiet, engagement dropping off, only one contact involved, deals moving slower than normal, no executive champion, and weak qualification. When something triggers, the deal owner gets a notification with a specific suggestion for what to do next.

Yes. Instead of just adding up your pipeline and hoping, DealiOS weights each deal by its win probability to give you a realistic forecast. You get four views: raw pipeline, probability-weighted, optimistic, and conservative. All broken down by stage so you can see where your revenue is actually coming from.

How DealiOS Compares

Gong and Clari analyze your pipeline and predict outcomes. DealiOS builds and closes the deal itself. It produces the actual proposal, contract, presentation, and execution plan with calculator-backed pricing that protects your margins. It also has its own deal intelligence layer: win probability scoring, risk alerts, engagement tracking, and weighted revenue forecasting. Most teams use conversation intelligence alongside DealiOS, not instead of it.

DealHub is a CPQ tool. PandaDoc is a document tool. DealiOS is a full deal lifecycle platform. It has a native CRM, a real calculator engine for pricing, AI that builds proposals and contracts, engagement tracking on every published document, predictive win probability, risk detection, revenue forecasting, and execution planning that kicks off automatically when a contract is signed. DealHub and PandaDoc stop at the quote or the signature.

Yes. DealiOS tracks nine types of engagement events on every published document: views, repeat views, downloads, section views, scroll depth, slide dwell time, duration, click-through, and forwarding detection. Each contact gets a unique tracking link. The platform also logs 18 types of internal activity: proposals sent, contracts signed, meetings logged, tasks completed, pipeline changes, and more. All of this feeds into deal health scores, win probability, and risk detection.

Where it matters, yes. The AI builds proposals, drafts contracts, researches prospects in real time, scores win probability, detects deal risk, learns from your knowledge base, and pushes events to your CRM automatically. Where it doesn't, intentionally no. DealiOS does not let AI send emails, approve discounts, or take external actions without a human deciding. Deals are too important to let AI freestyle. Every number comes from a real calculator. Every document follows your rules. We get the most out of what AI is genuinely ready for, and we get it right every time.

Yes. When a deal hits a certain engagement threshold, the pipeline stage advances automatically. When a contract is signed via DocuSign, the system logs the event, updates the pipeline, and notifies the team. Risk alerts fire automatically when deals stall, engagement drops, or velocity lags. Win probability recalculates on every engagement event and activity. Deal events push to your CRM in real time. Approval chains route proposals and contracts to the right people before they go out.

Getting Started

The AI-guided onboarding wizard typically takes 30-60 minutes. It extracts your brand from your website or uploaded assets, seeds your knowledge base from uploaded documents, configures your calculator templates, and invites your team. You can start generating proposals the same day.

DealiOS is used by SaaS companies selling subscriptions, professional services firms selling consulting engagements, cloud infrastructure providers with consumption-based pricing, and other B2B organizations with complex deal structures. The platform configures itself to match your business model.

No. DealiOS is designed for sales professionals, not engineers. The AI handles document generation, the calculator engine handles pricing math, and the onboarding wizard handles initial setup. CRM integration and DocuSign connection are guided processes, not code-level configuration.
